Evil Geniuses (-300) vs. Counter Logic Gaming (+210)

Kill Spread: Evil Geniuses -7.5

Kill Total: 22.5

Evil Geniuses had an impressive debut against 100 Thieves on the opening day of the Summer Split. Meanwhile, this will be the split debut for Counter Logic Gaming who finished last in the Spring Split with a poor 3-15 record. Evil Geniuses's Jiizuke is one of the best Mid Laners not only in North America but in the world. Evil Geniuses just wrecked 100 Thieves with 20 kills to only 8 deaths, and they will dominate this contest as well against a Counter Logic Gaming squad that struggled during the Spring Split and didn't make any changes during the break.

Pick: Evil Geniuses Spread -7.5 Kills (-115)

Team Liquid (-125) vs. TSM (-110)

Kill Spread: Team Liquid -4.5

Kill Total: 22.5

This will be the Summer Split debut for both of these teams, and you may notice that TSM's roster is not the same. They lost two of their best players in Jungler Dardoch and Bot Laner Kobbe, and one has to wonder how Spica and Doublelift will look in replacement. Spica was a promising up-and-comer for TSM's academy team while Doublelift comes over from Team Liquid. The loss of Doublelift doesn't hurt Team Liquid all too much as he was splitting duties with Tactical, but it helps TSM aid the loss of two solid players. We've yet to see how TSM's new roster will perform, but I like what they have on paper. I can't pass up the opportunity to back a solid roster with a headstart on kills for plus money.

Pick: TSM Spread +4.5 Kills (+120)

FlyQuest (-230) vs. Immortals (+165)

Kill Spread: FlyQuest -5.5

Kill Total: 23.5

This contest should be much anticipated for FlyQuest as they are probably looking to blow off some steam after taking a beating from the defending Spring Split champions Cloud9. Immortals has added a few substitues to the roster, but they haven't lost any players. Meanwhile FlyQuest was a tough team during the Spring Split and they put up a tough fight against Cloud9 early in their split debut before losing control of the contest as the match progressed. I love FlyQuest to get back to business with a nice win here against an Immortals squad that wasn't very good during Spring Split, and I don't look for them to be that good in the Summer Split either.

Pick: FlyQuest Spread -5.5 Kills (-115)

Golden Guardians (-140) vs. Dignitas (+105)

Kill Spread: Golden Guardians -4.5

Kill Total: 21.5

The closing contest of day two of the LCS Summer Split should be a fun one between two debuting teams. Golden Guardians will debut their replacement for Goldenglue at the Mid Laner position in Damonte. He's a former Dignitas player who had been demoted to their academy team, and he comes over to join the starting roster of Golden Guardians. Meanwhile, Dignitas made two huge additions to their roster in Top Laner V1per from FlyQuest and Jungler Dardoch from TSM. My only guess as to why Dignitas is listed as underdogs in this battle is the fact that we have yet to see how these two additions will mold into their roster. However, I definitely feel as though these players boost the team's stock. Give me Dignitas to close out the day's LCS card with an upset over Golden Guardians.

Pick: Dignitas ML (+105)
