FC Schalke 04 (-145) vs. SK Gaming (+105)

Kill Spread: FC Schalke 04 -4.5

Kill Total: 23.5

These two teams had totally opposite LEC Summer Split debuts. FC Schalke 04 was absolutely dominated by the last place team from the Spring Split in Team Vitality. They lost 11 towers while only taking down three, and the team held a poor three kills to nine deaths ratio in this beating. Meanwhile SK Gaming rode the shoulders of Crownshot and ZaZee to get the job done, although it wasn't pretty. They used their lane control and the fact that they took down ten towers while only losing two to their advantage for a nice opening win. I am on the under this contest as these two teams tend to play a slower paced, more methodical game which tends to keep the kill total low.

Pick: Under 23.5 Kills (-115)

Misfits Gaming (-120) vs. Rogue (-115)

Kill Spread: Misfits Gaming -4.5

Kill Total: 21.5

Misfits Gaming took a tough loss in their opening match with Fnatic. They seemed to be in control of the contest before losing a baron fight, then things went south quickly. Meanwhile Rogue was absolutely dominant against Excel Esports in their debut. They turned in an impressive eight kills with no team deaths and they took down nine of their opponent's towers while only losing five. I believe that Misfits Gaming is onto something with their roster, but I don't believe they quite have their chemisty where it needs to be. On the other hand, Rogue was superb in their debut and I look for them to continue this dominance with another win.

Pick: Rogue ML (-115)

MAD Lions (-265) vs. Excel Esports (+185)

Kill Spread: MAD Lions -6.5

Kill Total: 26.5

This will be an interesting match as we will see what these two teams are actually made of. They are both coming off horrible losses to two of the top three teams from the Spring Split. MAD Lions was never really in it in their debut against the defending Spring Split champions G2. They had a horrendous five kills to 22 deaths ratio and they lost ten towers while only taking down three. Meanwhile Excel Esports were unable to log a kill in their split debut against Rogue, and that is never a good sign. They showed signs of a fight despite a horrid zero kills to eight deaths ratio as they took down five towers while losing nine. The underdog may be worth a look here, but I am on the under. Both of these teams prefer a slow paced contest, and this will be the case here also which will keep the kills at a minimum.

Pick: Under 26.5 Kills (-115)

Fnatic (-450) vs. Team Vitality (+290)

Kill Spread: Fnatic -7.5

Kill Total: 25.5

Two 1-0 teams will duke it out as the LEC card for 6/13 rolls on. The opening win for Fnatic wasn't a surprise as they finished second in the Spring Split. Team Vitality's victory however was somewhat of a shock as they were last place during the Spring Split with a poor 2-16 record. Fnatic was battling closely with Misfits Gaming and even looked as though they were going to lose before they took advantage of a baron fight win and never looked back. Meanwhile, Team Vitality dominated their opening battle with MAD Lions. They grabbed nine kills while only dying three times as a team and took down 11 towers while only losing three. I'm taking Team Vitality with the spread for two reasons. They prefer a more slow paced game, limiting the possibilities of a higher kill total. Secondly, Fnatic looked like they had some holes in their debut, and Team Vitality looked as though they had worked out some kinks from their woeful Spring Split.

Pick: Team Vitality Spread +7.5 Kills (-115)

G2 Esports (-305) vs. Origen (+210)

Kill Spread: G2 Esports -6.5

Kill Total: 29.5

Spoiler alert, this has the makings of a bloodbath. G2 Esports is the defending Spring Split champions, and they appeared as though they didn't miss a beat during the break between splits. They prefer an up-tempo style of play, and they look to force the issue as much as they can. On the other hand, Origen was shaky during the Spring Split and they didn't look any better in their opening contest against SK Gaming. They put up a valiant fight in the kill to death column, but their lane control came back to bite them as they lost ten towers while only taking down two. G2 Esports just ran through MAD Lions like they were melting butter, and MAD Lions is a much better team than Origen. I'm playing the spread with G2 Esports with extreme confidence as I fully expect them to roll through this match with ease.

Pick: G2 Esports Spread -6.5 Kills (-125)
