Here are the latest odds and picks for each series winner in the wild-card round.

Detroit +160 over Houston

The Astros are banged up and the Tigers are playing at a different level right now. Tarik Skubal is a beast on the mound and the Tigers had won six straight games before showing little interest in their last two against the White Sox with openers.

Baltimore -165 over Kansas City

Unlike the Tigers, the Royals were playing poorly until sweeping Washington and taking one of three against Atlanta. They were fortunate that the Twins completely collapsed at the end. Baltimore is nearly 100% healthy with Jordan Westburg and Ramon Urias back.

Milwaukee -135 over the NY Mets

The Mets have been playing pretty well, but their bullpen has to be tired after finding a way to win the first game against the Braves on Monday of that wild doubleheader. Milwaukee has also won seven of the last eight games in this series.

Atlanta +150 over San Diego

I’m going with value in this one and I know Atlanta had to play that brutal doubleheader as well. They also took three of their last four against the Padres. San Diego also finds ways to underachieve when it matters.
